Looper : Movement Research

Description:
Silence and repeat.
This research is an opportunity to find direct access to silence and movement by repetition. A series of short exercises that will connect us with our inner time. Open to everyone, with or without movement background experience.

The zone - MOVEMENT practice

Grounding and connecting is more than ever crucial and something we actively have to practice. Knowing about the transformative power of somatics & art I’ve developed a set of genuine tools to embrace physical, social and mental/emotional connectivity. Implementing my broad experiences as an artist, mother and creative coach, the practice incorporates writing, breathwork, movement, voice and stillness.

Let’s allow our bodies to release into the floor, our senses to connect with what is here. Let’s unblock tension and soothe the mind. Sacred movement brings us back to the roots, our instincts back to the zone - as we grow roots, and embrace our nature through ancestral knowledge. 

The Zone  last one hour, organized in 6 steps:

  • Emptying the cup

  • Breathing

  • Movement flow

  • Mantra with staccato movement

  • Katarsis and voice

  • Stillness /integration

We’ll round up with group-sharing, to integrate our experiences.
